BunnyHop.ca: Montreal’s mountain bike community
Despite having over 50,000 mountain bicyclists that call the city of Montreal home, there have been no recent efforts by the city to accommodate mountain biking in the urban environment. Hoping to change that, Les Amis de la Montagne asked Wolfpack's Pascal Beauchesne and Guillaume Paré to develop a strategic communication plan to mobilize the community around a common vision.
Together, Pare and Beauchesne developed a plan focused on public relations and grassroots initiatives. It was important, they realized, to start the movement within the mountain biking community and grow it outwards. With that goal in mind, they developed interactive strategies, including new branding for Bunny Hop, a new website , a "mud stencil" campaign, stickers, and a conference event. Currently, they are working to secure sponsorship for future initiatives.
Wolfpack associates involved in this project include:
Strategy: Pascal Beauchesne and Guillaume Paré -
Stencil art: Mathias Archambault
Print collatoral: Effty
Vidéo production: Patrice Lacroix
